For the safety of our customers and in compliance with industry hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened products. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly review the situation and determine whether a replacement or store credit is appropriate.
