Shipping policy

All orders placed with Beyond the Body Studio require up to 3 business days for processing before shipment. Each product is handcrafted with care, and this processing window allows us to ensure quality and accuracy for every order.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the method selected at checkout. Shipping times vary based on carrier and destination. Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as processing days.

Beyond the Body Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist you.
